1. We recommend to wear a face mask during your visit.
2. Properly wash hands and/or lashes prior to the start of your service service.

4. Book multiple services during your visit.
5. Come by yourself.
6. If possible, wait in your car until its your appointment time
7. Please keep talking to a minimum.
8. Please reschedule if you have had a cough, fever, been around a sick person within the last 14 days.
9. Temperature May be taken With a no touch device.
Please read client guidelines. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service. Late arrivals will still be charged for the full cost of the service. Lash Clients- please come in with clean/makeup free eyes and lashes. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes will mean less time lashing.
We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling. We kindly ask for a 24-48 hour notice for all appointment changes. Nail Services cancelled within 24 hours will lose non-refundable deposit of$25 for stylist's fee. For lash & brow services, 50% of the service total will be charged for the cancellation within 24 hours.
If you fail to notify us and you are more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a No Show. No shows will be charged 100% of the service total for the stylist time. All fees & invoice must be paid prior to booking a future appointment.
You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you MUST contact us at 864.415.6098 within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. If a fix can be done so with a complimentary express touch up if it is at the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 48 hours of your appointment or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.
As a courtesy to other salon guests, safety, insurance liability, and limited space, we kindly request that children and extra guest are not allowed unless being serviced.
